With hard economic times and job losses, this is one of my latest pet projects in supporting our community in Delta. Your support by way of donations or participation, is greatly appreciated as I have no formal funding for this project.

Our Community kitchen in Ladner launched in December 2009, is still up and running smoothly.

Thanks to the support we are receiving from our generous and caring volunteers and donors in our Delta Community.

We serve about 100 families at the local food bank, at the Ladner Christian Mission.

Jini's is pleased to provide, with the help of Tsawwassen and Ladner district Girl Guides, soups, sandwiches and muffins to families in need.

It warms our hearts to provide a nutritious meal to low income families, pensioners, and people who cannot work due to various disabilities.

Donations are always welcome!

We accept non-perishable as well as perishable goods such as fresh fruit (apples, pears, oranges and bananas). We can always use canned tuna/salmon and bread for sandwiches.

We accept gift certificates from grocery stores as well! They are a great way to show your support. Safeway will exchange any unused airmiles for gift certificates.
