You are here because you were meant to be – nothing happens by accident!

So relax and spend a few moments with me. You are treading into a special space that I have created to share my vision, mission and passion. How great it is that we can share so much and more through the Internet which connects us all in one more way!

My passion is to help others to nourish themselves better with the abundance of food that we are blessed with on this planet, so that they enjoy optimal health.

Everyone has something to share... we learn from one another; so mine is obviously food, with a healthy dose of love and compassion.

I love the bold and robust flavours of Ethnic Cooking which fills my nostrils and kitchen with the luxurious aromas of spices and fresh herbs. I also love to use local ingredients and produce to minimize carbon foot prints and help our local farming community.

One more thing... I have been a vegetarian for over 25 years by choice, as I hate to cause pain or distress to other living things to satisfy my own taste buds.

In keeping with my philosophy, I teach cooking classes in Vancouver, BC and also run a Community kitchen in Delta to help those in need.
